e-Recruitment

An On-Line e-Recruitment web application covering all aspects and requirements in the recruitment process.
There are 3 parts to the application:

  • Recruiters
  • Applicants
  • Recruitment Agents

Recruiters

Recruiters are able to:

  • Post vacancies to the job board
  • Shortlist applicants that have applied for those vacancies
  • Select from the shortlist, which applicants they would like to interview and reference check
  • Notify the successful applicant, and email the unsuccessful applicants notification.

Applicants

Applicants are able to:

  • Register with the website, and by doing so, fill in their CV details via the user-friendly on-line capture pages
  • Apply for vacancies on the job board
  • Track where in the recruitment their CV is, e.g. Shortlisted; Require Interview, etc.

Recruitment Agents

Recruitment Agencies are able to:

  • Upload their clients’ CV details
  • Apply for vacancies on the job board on behalf of their clients
  • Track their clients CV’s progress
